This Associate degree program is designed to teach best practices within the profession and make you a valued member of a healthcare team.
Upon completion of the Medical Lab Technician training program, you can become a more effective communicator and critical thinker who is proficient in laboratory testing procedures.
Under the supervision of a certified medical lab technologist, you can complete lab technician courses in hematology, clinical chemistry, urinalysis, clinical microbiology, serology/immunology and immunohematology.
This Lab Technician training program consists of 1735 clock hours, 106 quarter credit hours and can be completed in as little as 14 1/2 months or 62 weeks.
