At Chefs di Domani, our students will provide you with an excellent meal and superior service. It’s easy to see why our restaurant is a local favorite, as we offer our guests a wide-variety of International and American influenced cuisines, and we offer both traditional and modern dishes, which are sure to please.
Perhaps the most rewarding part of your dining experience is knowing that you are able to shape the minds and the talents of tomorrow’s chefs. As our guest, you will have the opportunity to see our students in action, as they cut, slice and sauté in our restaurant kitchen and bakery, and you will also have the opportunity to rate the students on their skills, plate presentations and will even get to make menu suggestions!
Our menu options include soups, salads, sandwiches and many wonderful seafood and steak entrees. No one ever leaves disappointed … or hungry!
Please join us for lunch Wednesday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm. If dinner is a better fit for you, please visit us Wednesday through Friday, from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm. It would be an honor for us to serve you … and a lot of fun for you!

Broccato, which is open to the public, produces innovative distinct foods which are a refreshing break from the everyday mundane.
Broccato is an Italian word from which we get our English word brocade. The inception concept for Café Broccato was to create a weaving together of cuisine from Italy and other European and Mediterranean influences.
The Café serves breakfast and lunch with menu creations to delight any palate. Offerings are all made to order. A variety of freshly made breads including Ciabatta, Foccasia, Asiago Baguette and Sour Dough are utilized in the Panini sandwich options. A significant salad station provides for a lighter selection where all dressings are made from scratch and include signature items such as Basil Ranch, Garlic Bleu Cheese, and an array of vinaigrettes as well as a Greek salad, Roasted Red Pepper Hummus and Insalate Caprese.

Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The daily pasta bar is from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Our students, working directly under the supervision of our professional chefs, will provide you with an excellent meal and superior service. You will have an opportunity to see the students at work in the restaurant kitchen as well as view our pastry students as they create exciting new desserts and pastries in their open lab.
You, as our Guest, are also able to be part of the education process here at the Culinary Institute of Platt College as you will be grading the students on their performance and level of skills presented. What better way to spend your Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday lunch or dinner than, to not only enjoy some great cuisine, but to also help shape tomorrow's chefs.
