Hosted at our culinary schools in Oklahoma City and Tulsa, these short classes are taught by Platt College’s professional chefs. They’re great for couples sharing a romantic first date or for families with limited time who don’t want to enroll in an entire course, requiring a long commitment. These courses can teach you a variety of basic and advanced cooking techniques that can have you preparing meals for your family and friends in no time.
Our cooking classes cover subjects such as summer fruit pies and cobblers, southern comfort foods, planning a holiday party and food as art – just to name a few.
Small classes allow you to get more one-on-one time with our chefs.
