The city of Tulsa is situated on the Arkansas River in the Northeastern part of the state, about an hour and a half from Oklahoma City. The city is considered the cultural and arts center of the state, with a large concentration of art-deco architecture. OK Campus

At our Tulsa vocational school, you can learn the skills you need to make a difference in the lives of others. As the Tulsa also offers skilled trade (ACHR) and Business Studies programs.


  • Business Studies (Not currently enrolling.) – if you are someone that is interested in learning how to apply data entry skills or create business documents, Business Studies may be for you. In this program, you can learn how to create common business documents as well as how to use technology in business operations. With a Business Studies diploma from Platt College the opportunities for employment are vast. 

Healthcare and Wellness

    • Dental Assistingbecome the dentist’s second pair of hands by learning the skills needed to become a qualified and experienced dental assistant. You can learn both clinical and administrative skills that are valued in a dental office such as cleaning tools; assisting the dentist during exams; taking x-rays, and keeping patient records up-to-date. This program includes an externship in a dental office.
    • Medical Assisting – as a crucial member of the healthcare team, you can embark on an exciting career when you train to become a Medical Assistant. You can learn how to manage medical records, take the patient’s vitals, draw blood, and prepare your patients to see the doctor. This program includes an externship in a medical office.
    • Medical Billing and Coding – help others and work with technology. Medical Billing and Coding requires a mix of administrative, technological and medical knowledge. You will have the opportunity to learn about medical terminology, anatomy and physiology, health insurance policies, building databases, and more.
    • Practical Nursing – are you interested in assisting physicians and registered nurses? Or would you like to take the first step towards becoming a licensed practical nurse? Our Practical Nursing Program at Platt can teach you the fundamentals of taking care of basic duties in an array of settings such as hospitals, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities.

Skilled Trades

  • Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration (Not currently enrolling.) – as a student in the Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration program you can learn the skills needed to install, maintain and repair a variety of heating and cooling systems, as well as the theory of cooling and heating that supports the equipment’s operations and the basics of customer service.
